After graduating from The University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) Sociology, Kirsty commenced her career at Michael Page (FTSE 250 international recruitment firm) on their Graduate Training Scheme. She joined to Deutshe Bank (International Investment Bank) to work in Investment Banking Undergraduate Recruitment.
Later, Kirsty joined Goldman Sachs (International Investment Bank) as MBA Recruiter for the Investment Banking Division, recruiting British and International MBA students from schools such as Harvard Business School, MIT, Stamford and INSEAD. She was promoted to Co-Head of Investment Banking Recruitment, recruiting UK undergraduates into their first job after university.
Kirsty then joined Allen & Overy (Magic Circle and International law firm) as Head of International Recruitment, recruiting LLM international students and qualified lawyers for the firm.
Kirsty has set up Grays Careers with a focus on two key areas. Using her extensive graduate recruitment experience, the first specialism is the provision of careers development advice targeted at school and university leavers. The second specialism for Grays Careers is the recruitment of office support staff and apprentices through to junior and middle management. Grays Search and Selection, our sister company, is an Independent, boutique agency. We work on a retained basis for positions ranging from Executive and Board level to Middle Management, both in the UK and Internationally. Quite simply, we aim to provide exceptional service, ultimately securing repeat business from a satisfied client base.
